Looking for Alternatives to Archanes Hotels for Our Stay
We have found a beautiful house to stay in Heraklion, but we are also after a room in one of archanes hotels available, preferably near the center of the village. We are looking for a two week stay in the area of Heraklion and we do not mind if it will be at the suburbs (this is where the village of archanes is located, at the outskirts of Heraklion city). We will go to all the museums in the area and also visit the palace of Knossos where King Minos used to live back in the ancient times. There are plenty of beaches in the area and we have made an oath to visit a different beach every day, as we have also promised to ourselves to eat a different local food every day. We want to make this a great stay and for this reason we have invited our closest friends to join us.

Can't Give Up
My mom has been a hermit ever since her best friend died a few months ago. I know the pain because I loved her too, but I was really worried about my mom. Her friend was the victim of a senseless crime and lost her life, but my mom lost a large part of herself as well. I knew I had to do something before this became her way of life. She loves Spain and used to go there all of the time. I talked to my sister and we agreed that we should take Mom there. I looked for a villa in Spain for the three of us, and it was just what she needed. She started to come out of her shell, and while we are all still sad about what has happened, we realize that we are still here and that we cannot give up on living ourselves.

Helping My Son Get Ready for College
It seems like when you are a parent you almost forget that you went through all of the same experiences that your children are going through. My son is going to be going to college soon and I feel like I am completely helpless when I try to give him advice or when I try to tell him what he needs to do. I feel like I was in college so many years ago and I do not remember how things even work. Thank goodness for the Internet though. Because of the Internet we have been able to find lots of information that we need. My son needs to find private student accommodation London and we have been able to find lots of places. My son has to fill out some applications to see if he would be accepted to stay in any of these places. I feel like I’m going through all of this again for the first time.

Need to Relax
Every summer, we enjoy going somewhere nice and quiet. When we were younger, we liked doing a lot of different adventurous things such as hiking or going to an amusement park but now that we are getting older, we like the slower pace of life when we have some holiday time due to us. We have no kids so we can stick to our pace without worry. This year, I started to look at Yorkshire caravan parks and found some really attractive deals. I knew we would have about 17 days where we could stay somewhere and this just seemed the perfect answer. I was already looking forward to taking several books as well as my laptop so I could just goof off for a while. It would be nice to turn it on and not have to do any work! My husband was just as excited so I went ahead and made the arrangements.
